We are a fast paced, quick turn around, family owned garment printer located in Brentwood California (East Bay Area). We specialize in Direct to Garment printing which enables us to produce picture perfect quality on a shirt you can wear and share with all. With our state of the art printing technology we can print any image you want usually in the same day we receive it so you can get it back in a hurry.

What is Direct to Garment printing?

Direct to Garment printing is the latest in shirt priting technology which utilizes a printer much like your home printer wheras you create your design then click your print button to send the design to the printer (see example). Compared to conventional screen printing shirts Direct to Garment printing is faster with less cost to us the supplier which leads to lower costs and quicker turn arounds to you the consumer.

We also use the industries best contract screen printers for your screen print designs that utilize Computer-To-Screen (CTS) which is one of the newest innovations in screen printing. Digital images are sent directly to the imaging device. The image quality and registration are excellent. In addition, we are able to reduce the number of steps to make a screen from 14 to 6. Which represents a time savings of more than 32 minutes for each screen made.

Digital pre-alignment is also used which further reduces press set-up time. The benefit to you is much faster turnaround of your orders and lower costs. We want you to have the best possible experience for your printed t-shirt program. The technology we use is one of the key reasons our shirts look so much better than what you see everyday.
